This estate home was named for the original owner, Jacob Wolfe. It sits on a large and spacious property. The property features a greenhouse, tennis and basketball courts, a 10-car garage and an infinity pool. The property is surrounded by a high fence with a wrought iron gate in the front. A stepping stone path leads from the front door to the garage, where an asphalt road leads to the front gate.

The house itself is two stories with an attic and a basement, eighteen bedrooms(two in the attic and two in the basement), seven baths, laundry room, a large kitchen, a library, a gym(in the basement), and an indoor pool. The house is installed with a state-of-the-art security system, a surround sound entertainment system and two fireplaces. The Lupine Forest begins just behind this estate. Just before the trees there is a large metal shed.
